Our son is very happy here! We were nervous leaving our freshman, but the environment seems perfect, more like we would have expected grad school housing to be like, lots of amenities and private...

This place is too far from campus and poorly maintained. 1 day in and someone's sink exploded, there's wasps and roaches everywhere, and the rooms are dirty. I'd rather live in the quad tbh.

They will charge you for anything and everything they can. No one competent stays in the office, they usually only have students being payed to bring in as many renters as possible.

Very good staff, top notch amenities (especially internet), only complaint is that the walls are quite thin.

The fire alarm has gone off approx once a week for the past two semesters so far--for no reason. Just goes off sporadically at random hours like 9am on a Saturday.. not exactly every college kids...
