"Suiho En" (the garden of water and fragrance) is a 6.5 cre authentic Japanese garden. Our facility is unique because it incorporates three classical designs: a dry karensansui, a wet garden with promenade chisen, and an authentic tea ceremony garden incorporating a 4.5 tatami mat tea room. Admission to the Garden for docent-led or self-guided tours is $5 per person, $3 For Seniors 62+ and children under 10. We are open for self-guided tours Monday-Thursday from 11am to 4pm, and Sunday from 10am to 4pm (last gate entry is at 3:15PM). Informal tourist photography only. The Garden is closed to the public on Friday and Saturday and closed to the public if it rains within 24 hours of opening time or during open hours. Please call on the day you wish to visit to make sure the Garden is open. Groups of 15 or more: please call in advance.
