I've always wanted to check out the SkyView Ferris wheel, and I finally did it during the holidays. I found a Groupon deal that included a small box of chocolates--nice little bonus! Be prepared...

Clean area and skyboxes, the line moves quickly, staff are friendly, overall a good experience to end a date night!

This is a really cute thing to do if you have visitors or are visiting. I'd say get a Groupon, it's often available and cuts the price down because it is pricy. Also go at night.
