Concept of our cuisine is based on traditional preparation of meals using best quality fresh ingredients, without the use of any intermediate products and artificial flavoring substances. It is our goal to utilize as much of local suppliers and seasonal menu. Every day we offer freshly baked bread with farmers´ butter and herbs from our garden as small starter.
