Our guests can be sure that no semi-finished or frozen goods will get into our pots, nor do we buy raw materials and meat of uncertain origin. Our menu is a paraphrase of seasonal delicacies, gastronomic poetry and classic dishes. Hungarian and Slovak specialties are proof that there is more that unites us than divides us. And if we started to discuss this definition with a delicious wine, we would find that there are basically no differences between us.
