Bistro Chef of the co-owner Erik Volko in the centre of Zvolen offers quality gastronomic experience in an untraditional form. We have cosy interior with an open kitchen and team burning with passion for gastronomy. During warm days you can enjoy your relax out on the terrace. Everyday changing menu is an ideal combinationof modern gastronomy taking into account the current trends of healthy dining. It consists of an appetizer, soup, two main courses and a dessert. In the evening you can enjoy the seasonal á la carte menu which changes regularly. The kitchen emphatizes quality ingredients, freshness, seasonality, combination of interesting flavours and home made production.
