Rozmarin restaurant opened its doors in 2006 in the capital of Styria – the city of Maribor, introducing a different, more cosmopolitan view of modern cuisine. Its name Rozmarin (rosemary) emphasizes Mediterranean, that is Italian, French, Spanish and, last but not the least, Slovenian cuisine. The owner of the restaurant has always associated culinary delights with entertainment, so hanging out while enjoying food and selected wines remains one of the important principles of his restaurant offer. He combines the knowledge and experience that he acquired on his research journeys to culinary and oenological regions with inspiration and love, creating his own dishes and recipes.
