The miner's house was built at the end of the 18th century and has preserved the main features of typical Idrija architecture and living culture of the past. The structure of the house, except for the foundataions and cellar, is built almost entirely of wood, while the roof is covered with fir boards – »sinklni«. The ground floor is furnished in the style of the first half of the 20th century.
