Italian-style ice cream (gelato & sorbetto) made from local farmers full cow milk, lots of fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, typical Slovenian and Italian ingredients/foods, and a tiny bit of sugar. Dairy or vegan all the way. But all so genuinly flavourful, natural, light and fresh it will make your sofar best ice cream experience instantly diasappear from your mind. Isn't it high time to experience what natural tastes like?!
