Brot Bakery is a family-run bakery with an international team of bakers. Brot Bakery is offering hand-made baking goods made with natural ingredients, at their location on Poljanska 11, Ljubljana you can find sourdough bread, French-style croissants, and quiche. You can also sit down for an Italian coffee or natural tea. They have three versions of sourdough bread: white, half-white, and Borodinsky with coriander seeds, which is a true Russian classic. All of their croissants are hand-rolled and are made with a lot of high-quality butter. Their signature croissant is made with Almond creme and cut almonds, they also offer a classic butter version. Their current selection also includes croissants filled with natural Vanilla cream, real cocoa chocolate, or marmalade. For those who prefer salty treats, they are offering three versions of quiche: vegetable, salmon, and chicken. Each is accompanied by lots of vegetables and spices. They also offer larger orders and delivery.
