Wijkanders

Wijkanders ambition is to be a relaxed bar and bistro in the evenings for everyone on the campus as well as regular individuals. With the usual discounts for all with Student-, Guest- & Cingcard on the menu, we see it as a great place to meet for a relaxed time as a student at any time of the day, The Bistro & Wine bar will be open from 31st of August on Wednesday - Friday evenings to 11: 00 p.m. The bistro menu is made up of our 2 signature dishes Wijkanders "Caesar salad" and our "Pot au Feu" (fish & seafood stew), cold cuts with possible cheese upon request, herringsandwich and "The dish of day" made by our chef. Of course there's also always a small dessert and chocolate truffle. Wednesdays on Wijkanders are Moules Frites theme besides the regular bistromeny. For this we have different types of wine suggestions that we hope you dare to try which should fit for this evening. Thursdays are Toastdays, and we let the chef compose an extra dish of a toast in main course size. Either a toast in the classical spirit, or with a complete mind shift and different components. Fridays are always After Work at the end of the week where we offer some lovely packages with both alcohol & non-alcoholic beverages in with some of our dishes or barfood.
