Tjolöholm Castle

Tjolöholm Castle in Kungsbacka municipality, four miles south of Gothenburg, is said to be one of Sweden's strangest buildings. The estate is the Nordic region's foremost Arts and Crafts facility, located on a vast peninsula. The garden around the castle, the large kitchen garden under construction and Allmogebyn's gardens are well worth a visit all year round. Around the estate there are countless paved paths to walk on and on hot summer days you can take a dip in the sea.
