The idea of a meal at Wok is to put the emphasis on harmonization flavors, textures, colors and scents by balancing the Chinese principle based on found and tsái. Rice and noodles belong to the group that exists, while vegetables, meat, birds and fish dishes belong to the tsái. Our chefs follow the ancient cultural traditions of how these dishes should be prepared. We only use the best ingredients and food according to Chinese tradition.
