We are KRAV- certified! For that reason, we are Falun's first KRAV-certified Restaurant and Cafe. We follow the nuances of the season and only choose unique raw materials from our absolute immediate area to the Nordic region's extreme borders where quality, taste and sustainable agriculture and humane animal husbandry go hand in hand. Nature inspires and shapes our thoughts when we create our menu and when we choose our wines. These come from small selected vineyards in the old wine world Europe and which share our philosophy!
