We are a restaurant that works with traditions in a creative way. Our philosophy has sprung from the regions' food and drink from Italy. The flavors come from the products that are made by small-scale producers who work in a sustainable way that we refine. We have a live menu that follows the seasons and for each season we set up a menu that matches. In the kitchen, Riccardo De Mattei's chef and co-owner is originally from L'Aquila, Abruzzo. In the dining room is Federico Landi from Salerno, Campania, who is happy to help match wines with the food. BENVENUTI!
