Café Fatto Bene

At home in our garden is our hidden woodfired oven. Here we bake Skegrian pizza now and then. Check our booking site for exact hours. It's a little like Neapolitan pizzas but with a twist. All pizzas are only for take away (there are however nice areas to picknick just around the corner). All pizzas must be booked and paid through our booking site before pick-up. We don’t do drop-in. We bake dough that fermented for at least 24 hours in room temperature. The pizzas are baked for about 50 seconds in an extremely hot oven which results in soft pizzas with somewhat blackened crust.
