Biscuit patisserie has existed at Ringvägen 54 since the mid-50s, and thanks to our loyal customers we have been able to live on. Today, the bakery and patisserie is run by the Schultzberg family, which consists of father Ronaldo and sons Philip & Richard. Our goal with Biscuit is to provide the best customer experience in the possible form of taste experience, quality and treatment. Here we want to create the best and tastiest bread, coffee bread and pastries that will enrich our customers' everyday and weekend. Our focus is on good ingredients that provide good quality and taste is crucial for us. To our great joy, our creations are appreciated.
