Schelkunchik

Fast-service restaurant "Schelkunchik" is the first in Petersburg to realize the concept of "free flow" with free movement of guests round the service hall, with the possibility to independently choose among the meals being cooked in their presence. No waiters, sizeable volume of production and modern management technologies make it possible to keep the low cost price of meals, therefore the average cheque at the place is 250 roubles. The author-developed interiors of the restaurant are not standard of fast-food category, which, however, does not contradict to the concept of the chain. The floor space of 700 square metres is divided into 9 halls and 2 bars where both the quests with children and big companies will feel themselves equally comfortable. The restaurant is designed to house 220 visitors and may receive daily up to 3 thousand guests. The restaurant has its own brewery in its territory where fresh beer is brewed as based on traditional Czech technology.
