Music Hall State Theater

The St. Petersburg State Music Hall Theatre is one of the most popular and beloved musical theatres of St. Petersburg, a multi-genre theatre space, valued by residents and visitors of the city, a monument of architecture and city building. The theatre is situated in the historic centre of our city, not far away from Peter and Paul Fortress, in the Alexandrovsky Park. The theatre offers its visitors a diversified programme, including brilliant musicals ("the great Gatsby", "the picture of Dorian Gray", family-friendly musical performances ("Alice's adventures in wonderland", "Mary Poppins is with us"), classical music concerts and much more. The Music Hall Theatre organizes the All Together Opera Festival, an annual city event, which has been attracting great interest of St. Petersburg’s residents and guests for many years. The festival presents outstanding masterpieces of foreign and Russian opera classic in the open-air format to its audience. The festival performances are free.
