Chou Do
Noodle and gyodza bar Chou Do is made in collaboration of bushe and Kazu Kijima. Ramen is a healthy, nutritious fast food familiar to the Japanese. At Chou Do, guests choose ramen (there is also vegan on seaweed broth and shiitake), toppings (pork, chicken, vegetables). The dish that can be prepared just a few minutes. Gyodza is a fast cooked Japanese second dish with several fillings.
