We opened the bistro "Le Moujik" – a bistro, not a restaurant or cafe. The word "Bistró" is French. Impatient Russian word "quickly" the French turned into a special genre of food outlets with immediate service, no delays and without special restaurant ceremonies. So bistro appeared first in France, and then everywhere in the world. In honor of these very Russian in France, we called ourselves Le Moujik.
