Here, led by the Chinese executive chef Zhou Yingjian, who is a recognized expert not only in Chinese but in all kinds of Asian cuisine, the restaurant staff cook the authentic Celestial Empire dishes by the classic recipes, as well as traditional cuisine of Japan, Vietnam, India and even Korea. Mao Xue Wang, Sichuan Hot Pot Meat, teppanyaki, genuine Beijing duck and tea ceremonies – guests will open new gastronomic frontiers of Asia unexperienced before.
