Avocado Queen

Avocado Queen is the new restaurant by Anton Pinskiy (Pinskiy & Co), and Arcady Novikov (Novikov Group) on 21 Italianskaya Street. The project of the same name is already working in Moscow, Rostov and Novosibirsk. Australian chef Glen Ballis (Nama, Lucky Izakaya Bar, Glenuill) acted as the ideological inspirator. The concept is based on the avocado cult. We use different sorts of avocado: Shepard, Haas, Choquette from the Dominican Republic, South Africa and South America. Avocado Queen is a healthy comfort food project where benefits are combined with graceful serving. The head chef of the St. Petersburg Avocado Queen is Alexander Levchenkov (Nama, Mandarin, Buddha-bar). We make avocado toasts, knead the fruit into salads, grind it into gazpacho, add it to gnocchi. There are also dishes without the title fruit in the menu, including airy stracciatella with broccoli, creamy risotto with seafood and sun-dried tomatoes, fragrant duck leg confit.
