Opened in July 2016, Grătar Urban wanted to demonstrate that fast food products, such as burgers, regardless of their reputation, can be prepared "Gourmet", made with fresh ingredients, imagination and a lot of passion. To prove this, we prepare burgers right before your eyes from high quality ingredients and with a very special cooking technique which, due to technical challenges, you will not find in many restaurants: our burgers are prepared on charcoal in the Josper Oven, a combination of a grill and the classic oven, of which we are really proud. Freshly minced beef meat burgers, heated on hot coals with fine cheeses such as Gorgonzola or Brie and home made onion jam or hot pepper jam as sauce instead of the usual ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. Chips from fresh potatoes instead of frozen french fries. Gourmet and not fast food! ”
