Mint Bistro is one of the very few NON-SMOKING restaurants in town... It offers simple, but delicious food, made with the best ingredients, mainly from local producers. Everything is homemade: fresh salads, gourmet burgers, fresh pasta, beef steaks (from a local farmer and butcher), french quiche, indulgent deserts, tapas, and many other special dishes. Drinks include fresh juices, smoothies, lemonades, Romanian craft beer (best in town), and a large list of good Romanian wines...
