Mouzinho - Restaurant & Bar is the new hamburger located in the center of Lisbon, more precisely at the Turim Marquês Hotel and where unique and unusual combinations of flavors of Portuguese inspiration are presented. Options range from the Classic Cheese, to the burger with Sierra, bacon and caramelized onions; Rustic, with baked beans and black pudding; Picanha hamburger, stuffed with black beans, sausage and roasted pineapple, passing healthier approaches, as is the case with the Mediterranean, with parmesan, pesto and roasted vegetables; Salmon burger, with bait and poached egg; Veggie version, based on chickpeas with assorted vegetables, or for the more daring, Burger Tartar. Some of the burgers are served in the traditional Baco de Caco. All come with either fried sweet potato or conventional fries.
