This monument is dedicated to the legacy of the politician, poet and Puerto Rico's first elected governor Luis Munoz Marin. The monument was inaugurated on 2000 and features the politician also known as the "Father of Modern Puerto Rico", and a child holding a newspaper. It is placed on a park and has benches where you can sit and relax surrounded by nature. The park includes free parking space and it is located at the Luis Munoz Marin Avenue.
