Edificio Victory Garden is a commercial building located in Miramar. The building was built in 1936 and has a Spanish Revival style. The design nourishes a fresh feel with a patio that provides natural light. The architect Pedro Adolfo de Castro was one of the Puero Rican architects to be trained in the United States.

Casa Aboy was the residence of the Aboy-Ferrer family for many years. The historical building, now houses the Federation of Photojournalists of Puerto Rico. It as been declared part of Puerto Rico's cultural heritage and it often hosts many cultural events throughout the years.
