Al Fredo in Old San Juan is the place for the best tasting Empanadas. Oven baked, selections are filled with Chicken, Chicken Broccoli with Cheese, Spinach with Feta Cheese, Ground Beef, Ground Beef with Sweet Plantains, Broccoli with Cheese and Spinach with Sweet Potato and Chickpeas.
