Shoku means a meal. The culinary art of Japan is our starting point, but we like to try new things. We season tradition with imagination and create our own definition of Asian fusion. The rules are simple, the menu is short. Each dish is a sum of two factors: quality of ingredients and chef's skills. We buy fresh products from local suppliers we know personally. We cook with passion, leaving no space on our plates for mediocrity. We select wines and spirits for the bar with a great care; our friends choose the music.
