Restaurant "Giewont" is situated in the heart of Tatra Mountains - Kościelisko! By linking the history of local dishes prepared with French techniques, we want to stand out from not only the region in which we are located, nor Podhale itself, but the entire restaurant map of Poland. Podhale is primarily attached to tradition, that's why, we try to to guarantee our guests a real feast on their plates. All this and many more we spice up with one of the most breathtaking views facing the "sleeping knight"(Giewont). We want our guests to feel comfortable and extraordinary with us!
