Hello, my name is Szymon Majchrzak. I’m the executive chef of Restaurant Va Banque. I gained experience in 4* and 5* hotels in Poland and Germany. After years abroad I've understood thah the best place for me to live and cook is my family city - Szczecin. In my menu I would like to present you traditional dishes in a modern form with a little bit of my culinary fantasie. My kitchen is based only on natural ingredients.
