Gingerbread Bakery Master Bogumil organize unique Medieval Gingerbread Feasts. Our Guests celebrate together with taste of excellent gingerbread cookies, special gingerbread tee and coffee, delicious honey mead, along with candlelight and music of the Middle Ages. After every Feast, our Honourable Guests, like medieval artisans prepare decorative, ornamental, souvenir gingerbreads. All participants of our workshops are working with the matured raw gingerbread dough, root spices and wheat flour. Our Guests roll out dough and work with hand- carved wooden gingerbread molds. During each workshop, Guests learn about the colorful history of the most famous, spice cookie from Toruń, listen to legends and stories of gingerbread, and also learn the secrets of oldest gingerbread recipes.
