Please note! From 26 July, tickets to the Gdansk Museum of Science will be sold in Museum of Amber, on the other side of the street. The museum is arranged in the tower of St Catherine’s Church. Its main attraction is a collection of clocks, the oldest built in the Middle Ages. It was here that the first pulsar clock in the world was set in motion in the year 2011. Visitors can also see a clock mechanism with the longest pendulum in the world. On the way up to the vantage point on the tower you will pass the carillon, i.e. a musical instrument composed of bells.
