The small restaurant surprises by original design: the stark, uncovered tables, some herbs on the windowsills, industrial lamps. Cook books on the shelves create the atmosphere of a culinary workshop, where we can be a fly on the wall and see the chefs’ works. The homeyness, smiling waitresses. They started from the beginnings, works as washers in restaurants and they were errand boys. It was vodka, arsons, romances, disciplinary proceedings, fights, jumping out from the train with stolen recipes… However, thanks to bravery, impertinence and calmness they became strong and steady. They learnt to mix creativity and a bit of madness with unique ingredients and high-quality products. They gathered awesome staff- confident people with spirit and sense of humour.
