CLEOPATRA was established in 1998. In 1999, the first Polish restaurant CLEOPATRA was launched in Włocławek, where the establishment of a restaurant network was launched under this name. Dynamic development began at the turn of 2005/2006 when a franchise system was introduced to the network. The traditional CLEOPATRY menu of pork, beef, lamb and fish is made by Syrian chefs according to the original Syrian recipes, making the dishes a regional flavor and distinguish themselves from the competition. Taking care of the high level of service and originality of the dishes prepared the company management, conducts training staff throughout the chain of restaurants and constantly introduces new menu items to the menu.
