Venabu Hytter

Hi, Welcome to Venabu Hytter. We are located in the middle of Norway, in the wide open mountain area close to Rondane national park. The location is ideal for XC skiing in winter and hiking in all directions during the summer. Venabu Hytter is situated close to Venabu Fjellhotell. The unique location allows you to combine a self-catering cabin with the option of meals in the hotel. The cabins are built in 8 inch logs and have turf roofs. Underfloor heating and tiled bathroom are standard as well as a mini kitchen. Some of the cabins have full kitchen, dishwasher etc. The cabins are well equipped and include fridge, cooking facilities & tableware. The bedrooms all have duvets & pillows. Firewood is included. Car-free area. In the winter it is 100m to car parking. Short distance to well stocked supermarket, cafe & church. Radio og cable TV. Dogs are allowed in Ovstebu & Heimbu. The other two cabins are designed to be OK for allergy sufferers. Nearest railway station is Ringebu (18km) The hotel can arrange transportation. The cabins are in different sizes and is well suited for singles, couples, small and big families. Ideal for a group or family with children and grandchildren to celebrate a jubileum.
