In the neighborhood restaurant Nordraak Matverksted, we recreate our most precious dining experiences from our foodtrips (culinary adventures/tours). Mostly from the small charming, hidden pearls known only by the locals. Moments that have filled our palates and our hearts with pleasure, love and wonderful memories for the rest of our lives. This is what we are passionate about sharing with you in a way that only we can. Naturally Everything we create is with care and respect for the health of our environment and our bodies. We make it a priority to choose natural and organic products to the extent that it is possible. A hidden treasure We are located in a small yellow house that was private residence for more than 100 years. We serve our guests in two small living rooms (our tiny kitchen is in one of them), at one charming table for two under the stairways, and on our small, sunny veranda.
