The older part, where the restaurant is located, dates back to the 1890s and was previously used as a herring salting house. An extension was added in 1997. The hotel offers a great mix of old and new - all with a charming maritime theme. Sightseeing and activities With archipelago just outside the hotel, there is every opportunity here for exciting activities and adventures. You can take a boat trip to the small island of Kinn with its well-preserved 12th century church or visit the beautiful manor house in Svanøy. We can also offer fishing and sightseeing trips in the archipelago. Sea kayaking and rafting is available for those looking for a more adventurous activity. Conferences The hotel's conference centre has four meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 200 guests. The facilities are suitable for both small and large events. We have extensive experience of holding courses, conferences, banquets, confirmations, weddings, christenings, Christmas parties, exhibitions, corporate parties and more! The bright and spacious venues are also extremely flexible, allowing us to cater to many different needs and wishes. Food and beverages The hotel has its own restaurant, Restaurant Bryggekanten, which offers fabulous views of the beautiful natural surroundings.
