Nila Indian Rendezvous

Reimagined Indian Delicacies by Masterchef Norway 2020 top contestant Dr. Sakirat Waraich. The letters "N" and "I" in the word "Nila" represents the fusion of Norwegian and Indian... a rendezvous between ancient Indian tastes and traditions in symbiosis with Norwegian ingredients. Our guests will dine in an elegant blue/gold inspired ambience. The word Nila means also exactly that, "blue", the colour which is often found in nature and around us, representing a new beginning and holding a particular significance in Indian culture and heritage.
