Mano means "hand" and pizza is craftsmanship. That's why we make it by hand in the traditional Neapolitan way. The dough rests for at least a day and is stretched out by hand. Combined with our own pizza sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes, the light and airy dough gives what we think is the perfect pizza.
