Kveik is a new restaurant & brewpub at Trysil Hotel in the village center. The food is based on the Nordic cooking traditions using local and regional products in combination with craft beer. Large selection of beer. Home of Trysil bryggeri, local microbrewery. Kort&Godt artesian bakery next door. Dish of the day starting at 175 NOK, brewpub menu and a la carte menu. "Kveik" is the name of the traditional Norwegian beer yeast.
