Hallingdal Feriepark offers family-friendly accommodation in 19 modern riverside cabins with four - eight beds. Or try or special cottage on stilts with a nice view over the river. In addition we offer the possibility to rent one of ten luxury caravans, all of which sleep four-six persons. You can also bring your own caravan, auto-camper or tent to enjoy one of our 200 large pitches. We also have luxury Glamtents for rent. We have a wide variety of activities in our holiday park. A climbing park, a playzone, visiting farm with lots of animals, a brand new bikepark with a pumptrack, and an amazing adventure golf. Strandafjorden are close by, so you can rent boats, canoes and kayaks. Hiking, biking and fishing are also popular activities here in the Hallingdal mountains. Our restaurant Bergtatt Bistro is famous for its nice atmosphere and local food. We are open ALL YEAR around. In the wintertime we have our own skating rink, cross country slope. Hallingdal are famous for skiing.

The school has cabins and apartments for rental. Totally 18 cabins with altogether 61 beds and 11 apartments which has totally 50 beds. The cabins are located in the school's area at Bakketeigen, and the apartments are located in the buildings C and D. The place is especially suitable for groups due to the large capasity and the facilities both indoors and outside. The school also has meeting rooms, banqueting facilities and conference facilities for rent. Meals can be arranged with the kitchen. Breakfast or evening meal cost NOK 75 per, and dinner can be ordered from Monday - Friday for NOK 100. (2011 prices) al Folkehogskole og kurssenter is the countrys only folk high school for deaf and has students on a yearly basis and many conference partisipants for shorter periods.
