Years ago, Jelle discovered this tapping system at a wine bar in the Latvian capital Riga. He spent quite a few hours there and the plan to do this in Rotterdam one day remained in his head. After working as a tax consultant for 12 years, he went for it! A cool bar, chic decor, top quality wine and yet an approachable and relaxed atmosphere. Jelle is the owner of Walsjérôt and, like maître-sommelier Niklas, a big wine fan. They both have quite a bit of wine knowledge and of course a lot of tasting experience. Nothing more important than the latter!
