A culinary adventure from around the world.It's a butcher's shop at the core with a family tradition of more than 80 years. We have made an expedition across borders from Harelbeke to Panama in the last 30 years. These culinary adventures were also a source of inspiration! Our mission is to cook with fresh ingredients from our counter in the butcher shop. One of our main advantages is that the customer can choose the weight of some of our meat . Because of our passion for fire we cook almost everything on a X-OVEN Charcoal grill.
