The new Levantine eatery completes the final stage of Maison Haas Hustinx. Paying tribute to the journeys of Alphons Hustinx, Safar comes from the Arabic word travel. This new project is a culmination of the personal expressions of those creating dishes, serving them, and the minds bringing it all together, to deliver the culture of hospitality and community that is characteristic of the Levant, especially around the dining table. The curated menu offers levantine classic dishes, inspired by honest cooking and simplicity, to expose the true nature of ingredients.
