Restaurant Zheng

Zheng takes us back to the Chinese Empire where, in past times, the most important officials were invited to an extensive Zheng Banquet on the day after New Year. Our restaurant is an establishment where guests can experience this impressive spectacle. At Zheng we offer two various experiences to accommodate the desired preferences of our guests. The Zheng “Imperial Banquet“ Experience offers an evening filling program where guests will be taken on a culinary journey through China’s four prominent cuisines. The cuisines are highlighted through several Chapters which expose specific gastronomical, cultural art and health aspects. Each Chapter consists of 3 or 4 delicacies and focuses on one traditionally prepared main component, accompanied by several side dishes. The Zheng “Imperial Fastronomy “experience offers our guests several shared dining options such as Fastronomy menu, A La Carte, as well as handcrafted tea-infused cocktails and mocktails.
