Paleis Het Loo

A beautiful green oasis in between the city streets of Nieuwegein. Located in the corner of Park Oudegein is a place where Nature and Culture meet. There's a barefoot trail and a gnome trail for childeren. There's also a petting zoo, a windmill and a historic museum. You can discover the Natural playground, visit the beestable or take a look in the butterfly garden.

The Krona Museum is located in an old, inhabited abbey. It presents one of the most beautiful collections of religious art in the Netherlands and has a special herb garden in medieval style.
