De Patissier has grown in 4 years into the most exclusive pastry store in The Netherlands. The assortment can be described as luxurious, premium brands in chocolate, pastry, and macaroons. The 2 de Patissier stores are located in the larger cities, with the flagship store in Rotterdam. The other store is located in Oegstgeest. It is the mission of de Patissier to become the most inspiring, surprising and creative pastry store in The Netherlands. One doesn't consider it as a bakkery store, but as a platform for luxury pastry.
