ENGLISH My kitchen studio is located in the ancient heart of the Jordaan Quarter in Amsterdam. You can com and dine with me in my kitchen, or join me for Shop & Cook, a workshop, tour and lunch combination. I will take you to the Farmers market to buy nice produce then we walk back to my kitchen studio, on the road I tell interesting facts about the neighborhood where we walk through. Once back in my kitchen studio, I'll give a short workshop Dutch cooking, using the produce we bought at the market and prepare lunch. After lunch I we say good by and I'll send you off with a packet of local information.Mijn keuken studio ligt in het oude hart van de Amsterdamse Jordaan. Je kunt bij mij mee eten in de keuken of genieten van een workshop, tour en lunch combinatie door de Jordaan. Ik ga met mijn gasten naar de Boeren markt om lekkere dingen te kopen, daarna lopen wij naar mijn keuken studio, onder weg vertel ik interessante feiten over de buurt waar wij doorheen lopen. Aangekomen in mijn keuken studio, geef k een korte workshop Dutch cooking met onze zelf gekochte ingredienten en zo bereiden wij de lunch. Deze nuttigen wij en daarna kunnen mijn gasten beladen met locale info weer verder.
